Why go
The Alexandru Borza Botanical Garden of Babeș-Bolyai University is one of Cluj’s leading green and scientific landmarks. Paths connect systematic and phytogeographic sections, the Japanese Garden, Roman Garden, and glasshouse complex. Each season creates a different visit through flowering cycles, collections, and access to indoor spaces. Allow several hours for an unhurried walk and check glasshouse hours separately. The garden is easy to include in a wider walking itinerary through central Cluj-Napoca and complements the city’s architectural attractions.
